Pricing Setup

The Pricing Setup menu provides the user with options to maintain pricing field information on items:

• Calculate Sales Prices – The Calculate Sales Price option allows users to determine whether the item is included in the price setting window in Set Selling Prices.
• Set Item Markups 1 thru 4 – This options allows the user to quickly maintain the four item markups for any item or item group that has the Calculate Selling Price setting set to Y (Y=yes).
• Set Low/High Prices – Low-High Prices are the minimum and maximum price range which, when set, will check item prices and flag all items that fall outside the range when running Set Zero Priced Orders.
• Price Master Quick Maintenance – If more than one price masterThe price master is the individual or category responsible for linking like-type items when setting prices and selling items. has been established for item pricing, users can designate, or assign, the price master to an item or item group.
